Who are we?
Hi, My name is Nisha Trawick! Welcome to Groovy Black Millennial. This blog is a mind child that I have been dreaming up since I was a young teen. I've always been interested in art and the written word. I have always been pegged as bohemian, free and "out there" and I like to express that part through writing and exercising different types of thought.
My blogging inspiration came heavily from blogs like Honestly WTF. Blavity and A Beautiful Mess who are all extremely creative and have made names for themselves in the blogging world which I also hope for this space.
I want GBM to be a safe space to discuss important, controversial topics, appreciate art and artists and spread new ideas through a youthful lens.
